Beatuful, Warm, Perfect turkey chili. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 (8 ounce) can red beans, rinsed |
1 (8 ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed |
1 (15 ounce) can whole canned tomatoes |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons seasoning (see recipe below) |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
2 teaspoons cumin |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Sauté peppers, onions and garlic for a few minutes. Add ground turkey and seasonings and cook until brown. Put whole tomatoes in a bowl and squeeze them with your hands to break them into pieces. Add tomatoes, sauce and beans. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top! Enjoy! 2. Baby Bam Seasoning. 3. 3 T. paprika. 4. 2 T. dried parsley. 5. 2 teaspoons Garlic powder. 6. 1 tsp dried oregano. 7. 1 tsp thyme. 8. 2 T. salt. 9. 2 tsp onion powder. 10. 1 tsp dried black pepper. 11. 1 tsp dried basil. 12. 1/2 tsp celery salt ( Mix All! ). |
