Simple ground turkey recipe! Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
8 ounces red kidney beans |
1 diced onion |
8 ounces diced tomatoes |
6 ounces tomato paste |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet cook Ground Turkey on Med-High until almost all the way through, drain fat. 2. Add onions and minced garlic, continue to cook on Med-High for 5 minutes. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients, reduce heat to Med-Low and simmer for 30-40 minutes. |
