Great for left over Turkey or chicken. Can also used canned chicken. This is a hybrid of Pampered Chef versions. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls |
2 cups chopped turkey or 2 cups chicken |
1 cup chopped broccoli |
1/4 cup canned chestnuts, drained and chopped |
1/2 cup cut up red bell pepper |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup cranberries (if you like, best with turkey version) |
1 -2 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. In large bowl mix together turkey/chicken, broccoli, chestnuts, red bell pepper, celery, and cranberries(optional). 3. Add cheese and soup, mix well. 4. Unroll crescent rolls, separate into triangles. 5. Arrange triangles on cookie sheet of round pizza pan with the wide end of the triangles overlapping in the center. 6. Place Turkey/chicken mixture on widest end of each triangle. 7. Bring points of triangle up over filling and tuck at center of ring. 8. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. |
