Just found this!!! YUMMY!!! Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese |
3/4 c. toasted almonds (finely chopped) |
2 tbsp. chutney (chopped) |
1/4 tsp. salt |
assorted crackers |
1 c. cooked turkey (finely chopped) |
1/3 c. real mayonnaise or salad dressing |
1 tbsp. curry powder |
parsley (chopped) |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients except parsley and crackers. Chill several hours; shape into balls. Roll in parsley. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 1/2 cups |
