Great for leftovers from thanksgiving. Can substitute Chicken. Ingredients:
2 cups prepared stuffing |
1 1/2 cups shredded turkey |
3 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup gravy |
3/4 cup milk |
2 tablespoons parsley |
1 pinch basil |
1 pinch thyme |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper |
Directions:
1. Press stuffing into a greased 9 x 11 pan, Bake in 350 Degree Oven for 10 minutes. 2. Remove from oven. 3. Layer turkey, then cheese. 4. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is firm. |
