Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) canned diced tomato spread over crust
2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar add with tomato
1 cup(s) green cabbage chopped
1/4 cup(s) onion chopped
1 tablespoon(s) chicken broth cooked with cabbage and onion
1/2 cup(s) canned pineapple chunks drained
3 cup(s) fresh spinach chopped
1 pound(s) extra lean ground turkey
2 ounce(s) fat free mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup(s) fat free cottage cheese
2 ounce(s) fat free cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon(s) fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 teaspoon(s) stevia
Directions:
1. Combine tomato, stevia, and balsamic vinegar, set aside. Cooked turkey in skillet, until cooked through. Roll out dough onto pizza pan. Spread tomato mixture over thin crust. Add chopped spinach then top with meat. Cook cabbage and onion in broth over med-high heat until lightly browned. Add over meat. Add in pineapple chunks, cheeses, and then top with garlic and basil.
