I found this recipe in a Weight Watchers cookbook. I think it is a perfect weeknight meal as it is simple to prepare and tastes delicious. Ingredients:
3/4 lb ground turkey |
2 scallions or 2 green onions, chopped |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon ketchup |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine the 1st six ingredients in a bowl. Blend in the cheese. 2. Form into 4 patties. 3. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray. 4. Cook patties until done. 5. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomatoes. |
