Moist burgers with capers for a little zip Ingredients:
16 ounces turkey |
1 egg white |
8 tablespoons breadcrumbs |
1 scallion |
1 tablespoon capers |
2 tablespoons onion |
Directions:
1. Use 1/2 pound of ground turkey breast. Combine with other ingredients. Form into 4 patties. Broil, grill or pan sear. 2. To add fiber, substitute flaxseed meal for part of the breadcrumbs. |
