Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground turkey, white and dark meat |
4 green onions, minced |
2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped fresh thyme |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt and freshly ground pepper |
3 ounce(s) feta cheese, sliced |
4 hamburger buns |
4 whole(s) unpeeled peaches, pitted and cut into halves |
4 ounce(s) brie cheese cut into 8 slices |
1/2 cup(s) maple syrup |
1/4 cup(s) chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Burgers: 2. Combine turkey, green onions, thyme, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 4 burgers and grill, broil or pan-fry until thoroughly cooked. Place feta slices on top. Place burgers on buns and serve. 3. Peaches: 4. Preheat oven to 425 F. 5. Place peach halves on baking sheet. Top each half with a slice of the cheese. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with walnuts. Bake about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately. |
