When we first started dating, my fiancee did not eat beef or pork, so I made a turkey burger for her, we loved it and this is the result.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1 chopped shallot
1 roasted red pepper
1 tablespoon herbes de provence
oregano
crushed red bell pepper
mckormic mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning
chili powder
italian seasoned breadcrumbs
balsamic vinegar
salt, to taste
pepper
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix well in bowl and form into patties.
2. Cook over grill or med-high heat for about 4 minutes per side.
