Yummy, easy homemade breakfast sausage. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey |
1 t rosemary |
1 t fennel |
1 t salt |
2 t peppercorns |
1/2 t crushed red pepper (to taste) |
6 cloves garlic |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. MIx the spices, salt, and garlic to a well combined. 2. Add oil and mix well. 3. Mix the spice mixture with the ground turkey. 4. Refrigerate overnight . 5. Make into patties, freeze on a cookie sheet then place in freezer bag. |
