Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil

1 lbs Ground Turkey
|
3 (15oz) cans Black Beans
|
1 medium onion, diced
|
2 cloves garlic, minced
|
1 (14.5 ounce) cab crushed tomatoes
|
1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
|
1 tablespoon dried oregano
|
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
|
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
|
8 ounces cheddar cheese
|
8 tablespoons sour cream
|
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large pot over medium heat, cook onion and garlic until translucent. Add turkey and cook until brown. Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil and vinegar. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 60 minutes or more. |
