Necessity is the mother of all...recipes. I made this tonight to get rid of leftovers Ingredients:
2 cups finely chopped turkey |
1 can peas |
2 cups shredded zuchinni (i used yellow squash) |
6 oz basil noodles |
6 cups (or more) water |
Directions:
1. dice turkey 2. place in water with squash and undrained peas. 3. Heat to boiling. 4. Add noodles.....cook 10 minutes or until noodles are done |
