This recipe comes from the Jenny Craig cookbook, Fresh & Fast - Five Days A Week. Ingredients:
500 g ground turkey |
1 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
1/2 cup carrot, grated |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, divided |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
3/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, carrots, half the bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper. 2. In a 9 inch pie plate, sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray, shape meat mixture into a round loaf. 3. Drizzle the top of the loaf with the remaining bbq sauce. 4. Bake at 180Cfor 45 minutes. |
