dice into small pieces 4-5 small yukon gold potatoes
turkey bacon- 6 slices
6 eggs
lawrys seasoned salt- 1 tsp
pepper- 1/4 tsp
onion powder- 1 tsp
Directions:
1. Cook diced potatoes in heated skillet with oil- 15 2. Add spices 3. Slice in little slices turkey bacon and put into skillet- 10 min 4. Add to potatoes 5. Cook eggs (add small amount of cold water) in bacon skillet 6. Use rubber spatula to blend 7. Add to potatoes n bacon 8. Top with cheese
