Ingredients:
1/4 cup nonfat cream cheese
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon shredded fresh basil
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
4 (3/4-ounce) slices reduced-calorie whole wheat bread, toasted
6 ounces roasted turkey breast, sliced
1/2 medium avocado, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 medium tomato, sliced
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. Spread cheese mixture evenly on 2 bread slices. Place sliced Roasted Turkey Breast evenly on each prepared bread slice, and top evenly with avocado and remaining ingredients. Top with remaining 2 bread slices.
