A tasty, filling sandwich with lots of good stuff. Ingredients:
1 slice sourdough bread |
1/4 avocado, sliced |
1 tbsp fat-free cream cheese |
1/2 oz alfalfa sprouts |
3 slices turkey breast |
1/2 tsp curry powder |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese onto bread. Add turkey, sprouts and avocado to one half of the bread. 2. Add curry, salt and pepper to taste. Fold over and enjoy! |
