Ingredients:
6 0z. long grain wild rice mix
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/c2 cup celery thinly sliced
2 tsp. red onion finely chopped
2 green onions thinly sliced
3 cups cooked turkey cubed
1/4 cup green seedless grapes halved
1/4 cup rd grapes halve
2 tbs, cranberry juce
2 tsp. balsmic vinegar
2 tbs, olive oil
salt-pepper o taste
Directions:
1. Cook rice accordig t directins o bx. Add golden raisins cover let stand 10 minutes
2. Spoon cooked rice into bowl an let cool slightly
3. Stir in celey onios Turkey and grapes
4. Blnd in cranberry juice vinegar and oil
5. ur over ricemixture stir tillevenly coated
6. Season to taste with slt-pepper
7. Serve immeadiately o Chill
8. Makes 5 cups
