Turkey and Tofu Rice Wraps |

These are quick and easy spring roll wraps that are great for travel. Ingredients:
3 ounces turkey meat |
3 ounces fried tofu (hawaiian style) |
4 ounces arugula |
3 tablespoons of toasted chopped almonds |
3 tablespoons chinese chicken salad dressing |
3 green onions, white part thinly sliced |
6 rice paper |
Directions:
1. Toss first 6 ingredients together. Wet the rice paper under running water and let set on ceramic plate for 5-8 seconds. Fill with turkey-tofu mixture and wrap like a burrito. |
