Turkey and Potato Casserole |

This is a great throw together food that the wife and kids just loved. Quick and easy and that famous word....healthy. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
3 potatoes, cut into small squares |
2 garlic cloves |
1/4 cup sweet red pepper |
1/4 cup red onion |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
cheddar cheese (optional) |
0.5 (8 ounce) bag frozen vegetables |
Directions:
1. Saute Garlic, Pepper and Onion in Olive Oil. 2. Add Potatoes, cook till golden brown the lower heat and cover. 3. In a seperate pan brown Turkey meat and add Sauces. 4. Transfer browned turkey to Potatoes and mix in with salt and pepper. 5. Add Frozen Vegetables. 6. Cover and let sit until potatoes are soft. 7. Top with Cheddar Cheese. |
