Turkey and Pork Meatballs |

Fantastically easy to prepare and delicious! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey |
1 lb ground pork |
2 eggs |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon oregano |
2 teaspoons basil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup onion, minced |
1/4 cup tomato paste |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix everything except olive oil together and shape into 36 equally sized meatballs. They will be loose and sticky. Fry in olive oil over medium heat 5-8 minutes, browning on all sides, until done. Serve with your favorite sauce. |
