This is a great protein packed lunch Ingredients:
1/2 lb turkey breast, diced |
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1 green apple, diced |
1 stalk celery, diced |
2 sweet pickles, diced |
1 red onion, diced |
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon celery salt |
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a big bowl and chill. serve in pita pockets. |
