This is Day 9: Lunch, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. You can make these wraps the night before if you choose. Snow pea sprouts can be hard to find, so feel free to use whatever sprouts are available. This lunch is to be followed by an afternoon snack of 2 kiwi fruit. Ingredients:
2 slices rye mountain bread |
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce |
80 g shaved turkey |
30 g snow pea sprouts |
30 g baby spinach leaves |
Directions:
1. Spread wraps with sauce, top with remaining ingredients. Roll to enclose. |
