Ingredients:
8 tablespoon(s) cranberry sauce or more to taste |
4 large piece(s) lettuce |
mustard, to taste |
8 slice(s) roast turkey |
8 slice(s) sourdough or other sandwich bread |
1 thinly sliced sweet onion |
Directions:
1. Toast the bread. 2. Spread about 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce, or more to taste, on each slice of bread. Layer 2 slices turkey, a slice or two of onion and a piece of lettuce on top of one piece, then top with second piece of bread. |
