Turkey and Cheese Focaccia Sandwich |

This is a great recipe from the Kretschmar Deli Ingredients:
1 loaf flat focaccia bread |
1 lb honey roasted turkey breast |
2 whole roasted red peppers |
1 pinch garlic powder |
1 cup fresh spinach leaves |
1/2 lb provolone cheese |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
5 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
aluminum foil |
Directions:
1. Cut bread in half horizontally 2. Drizzle inside halves of both pieces of Foccaccia Bread with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with garlic powder. 3. Top with spinach leaves, red pepper, salt, pepper, provolone and parmesan. Add top piece of bread. 4. Wrap the entire sandwich with aluminum foil 5. Set on baking sheet and place in oven for 20-25 minute 6. Cut and serve. |
