Another sandwich alternative with less carbs and less fat. Ingredients:
2 slices havarti cheese, thinly sliced |
1/2 avocado, sliced thin |
2 slices turkey breast |
1/4 roma tomato, finely minced |
2 tablespoons purple onions, finely minced |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped |
2 pieces crispbread, like wasa |
salt (optional) |
pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place 2 slices havarti cheese on 1 slice wasa crispbread. 2. Top with 2 slices turkey breast. 3. Top with minced roma tomatoes, onion, parsley,. 4. Add salt and/or pepper to taste. 5. Top with slice of wasa crispbread. |
