Marla's recipe Ingredients:
1 lb turkey breast |
1 onion |
3 cloves garlic |
42 oz diced tomatoes |
14 oz black beans |
14 oz kidney beans |
14 oz white beans |
4 oz chopped green chilis |
2 tbls chili powder |
1 tbls ground cumin |
2 tsp red pepper flakes |
1 tsp tabasco |
1 green pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey meat with onion and garlic in a saute pan. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT for green pepper in a crockpot and cook on high 3 hours. Add chopped green pepper 30 minutes before serving. 2. Serve with shredded low fat cheddar cheese, light sour cream, and baked tortilla chips. |
