Ingredients:
4 small cucumbers, peeld and diced
1 small red onion, peeled and diced
3 tomatoes, diced
3 green peppers, cored, seeded and diced
2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon dried mint
1 small black olives
fresh mint leaves
Directions:
1. Mix together all the chopped vegetables and apples in a large salad bowel.
2. Add lemon juice and sprinkle with the dried mint.
3. Salt to taste.
4. Dress with olives and fresh mint leaves.
5. Serve immediately.
