Tuna With Wasabi Mayonnaise |

This simple and delicious finger is quick to make and easy to serve. I sometimes put the wasabi mayo in sqfood ueeze bottle and dollop each tuna morsel and place on cucumber slices to serve. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh sushi grade tuna, cut into 1 inch cubes |
1 tbsp vegetable oil |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
fresh cracked black pepper |
1/2 c real mayonnaise |
1 tbsp wasabi paste |
daikon sprouts |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine wasabi, mayonnasie and lemon juice and place in a small serving bowl. 2. Add 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper tuna. 3. In a heated grill pan place tuna in. Careful not to overlap. 4. Once one side is grilled, turn over with spatula. 5. Leave centre pink and moist. 6. Line serving platter with diakon sprouts. 7. Use cocktails picks to arrange grilled tuna on platter. |
