Tuna With Basil-Parmesan Marinade |

I don't know where this comes from but it's pretty good. Ingredients:
2/3 cup basil, minced |
1/4 cup oil |
1/3 cup white wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
2 garlic cloves |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1 -2 lb tuna fillet |
Directions:
1. Blend the basil, oil, white wine vinegar, parmesan, garlic and pepper. 2. Marinade the tuna in the blended sauce for 1/2 an hour. 3. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes (don't overcook tuna). |
