Ingredients:
1 can(s) cannelloni beans (15oz), rinse & drained |
2 tablespoon(s) capers, rinsed & drained |
1/3 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped (or 2-3 tb. dried) |
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
2 large tomatoes, diced |
6 lettuce leaves of your choosing |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
3 tablespoon(s) red or green onion, chopped |
3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar (add more if preferred) |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
6-7 1/2 ounce(s) white canned tuna, drained |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine together tomatoes, tuna, onion, basil, capers, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt. Mix until blended. 2. Gently fold in beans. Wrap up some of mixture in each lettuce leaf. Enjoy! |
