1. /4 c. peanut oil 2. t. sesame oil 3. /3 c. soy sauce 4. T. rice wine or sherry 5. T. grated fresh ginger 6. t. orange zest 7. clove garlic 8. carrot curls and sliced green onions for garnish 9. For marinade mix oil, soy, rice wine, ginger, garlic and orange in bowl. Pour marinade over the tuna and cover. Marinate at room temp. for 1 hour or in fridge for several hours. 10. Grill tuna 2 min. on each side until done, brushing with reserved marinade. 11. Serve with carrot and green onion |
