Family recipe of Michele's Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked |
1 (8 ounce) can tuna |
1 cup swiss cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup onion, diced |
3 eggs |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup whole milk |
Directions:
1. Pierce pie shell thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. In a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 2. From frozen: thaw filling in fridge. Pie shell should sit at room temp until easily unrolled (about 15 minutes if it is coming from the fridge). Follow directions above. |
