This recipe came from the Potluck Cookbook. Ingredients:
4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed |
2 cups swiss cheese, shredded |
1 cup milk |
4 large eggs, beaten |
1 cup green onion, chopped |
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 (3 ounce) can tuna |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased deep 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees in oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until golden brown and crusty. 2. Let stand a few minutes before serving. |
