This is an old Mexican appetizer-very easy to do, and really quick. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can pickled jalapeno peppers (whole) |
1 (8 ounce) can tuna (packed in water) |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl. 2. Devein and take away all the seeds of your jalapeƱos and then pour the mixture of tuna-mayo inside the jalapeƱo, 3. Delicious served cold. |
