Salsa is a nutrition superstar, packed full of vitamin C and cancer-fighting antioxidants. Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 1/2 inch thick) |
olive oil-flavored cooking spray |
1/2 teaspoon salt-free garlic-herb seasoning |
1 cup chunky salsa |
Directions:
1. Lightly coat both sides of fish with cooking spray; sprinkle both sides with seasoning. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add fish; cook 2 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with salsa. 2. carbo rating: 3 |
