Tuna Salad, homemade with iceberg lettuce on whole wheat toast Ingredients:
1 can tuna in water |
1/2 cup mayo |
1 stalk celery |
1 small dill pickle |
4 leaves iceberg lettuce |
4 slices whole wheat bread, martin's |
Directions:
1. Chop pickle and celery very finely. 2. Combine tuna, veggies, mayo and s & p to taste. 3. Mix thoroughly. 4. Placed half of mixture on toasted whole wheat bread with lettuce. |
