NON FAT, VERY LOW IN CALORIES YET TOTALLY FLAVORFUL AND EASY TO MAKE. Ingredients:
1/2 head iceberg lettuce |
1/2 can flaked lite tuna in water |
3 tablespoons salsa (sugarless) |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. break apart lettuce into medium pieces (do not cut into small pieces) into bowl. 2. add strained plain tuna (no condiments added) to bowl of lettuce. 3. add salsa, salt and pepper and mix together. |
