My mom used to make these for me when I was a kid. I love them now I get to make them for my own kids :) Had no idea that this was actually 95% of my daily cholesterol YIKES
Ingredients:
7 eggs
1 can of tuna
113 grams salmon
2 tablespoons green onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Heat up fry pan. Use non-stick cooking spray. I use a gravy ladle to put the mixture in the pan. Cook till eggs are done.
2. The 113 grams of Salmon is actually a grilled salmon burger. But this program wouldnt recognize it. Makes about 15 patties.
