Tuna Salad With Sushi Flavors |

Adapted from a recipe by JenJen3 . Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon wasabi paste (to taste) |
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot |
1 tablespoon minced green onion |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon seasoned rice wine vinegar |
sesame seeds, to garnish |
pickled ginger, to garnish |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix tuna with mayonnaise, wasabi, ginger, green onion, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Serve with a salad, sprinkled with sesame seeds, or on toasted white bread as a sandwich. Serve with pickled ginger on the side. |
