Tuna Salad With Sushi Flavors

Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon wasabi paste (to taste)
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
1 tablespoon minced green onion
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
sesame seeds, to garnish
pickled ginger, to garnish
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix tuna with mayonnaise, wasabi, ginger, green onion, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Serve with a salad, sprinkled with sesame seeds, or on toasted white bread as a sandwich. Serve with pickled ginger on the side.
