Creamy tuna salad, with no chopping, baking, or broiling. Ingredients:
4 -6 slices bread, preferably whole wheat |
1 (184 g) can solid white tuna, flaked |
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise (to taste) |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon mustard |
cheese, to taste |
Directions:
1. Drain tuna, mix with mayonnaise and mustard. 2. Spread tuna salad on bread (this recipe makes 2 or 3 sandwiches). 3. Add some of your favourite cheese. 4. If desired, add lettuce and tomato. |
