3 (12 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
1 1/2 cups chopped cashews |
3/4 cup chopped green onion |
2 (2 ounce) jars diced pimentos, drained |
3 tablespoons chopped green peppers |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3 cups chow mein noodles |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients; mix well. 2. Serve over chow mein noodles. |
