We like this salad either just as a salad or on a half of a whole wheat hamburger bun with a little cheese melted on top. Delicious! Ingredients:
6 oz. albacore tuna |
1/4 cup red onion, chopped |
1/4 cup pepper, yellow, chopped |
1/4 cup dill pickle, chopped |
1/4 cup carrot, chopped |
1 cup greens, chopped |
3 tbsp mayonnaise |
2 tbsp salad dressing, lowfat italian |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients - order doesn't matter. Be sure to make sure the tuna is separated and, if you are not crazy about that much dill pickle, adjust accordingly. |
