great tuna salad Ingredients:
12 ounces canned solid tuna in water |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. combine tuna and parsley, in a medium bowl 2. Add mayo, mustard salt and pepper stir to combine yields 1/2 cup per serving. |
