Ingredients:
1 (100g) carrot
1 (100g) tomato
6 oz tuna, light, canned
2 tbsp lite mayonnaise
1 tbsp natural yoghurt
Directions:
1. chop tomato and grate carrot
2. mix all ingredients
3. serve with crackers or toast
