Tuna salad with egg whites Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) can tuna in water |
6 eggs, hard boiled |
2 celery ribs |
1/2 cup diced vidalia onion |
3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. 1. Drain tuna and break up with fork , 2. 2. Add onion and celery to tuna. 3. 3. Peel eggs and dice up egg whites only, dicard the yolks. 4. 4. Add egg whites to tuna mixture and and mayo. 5. 5. Salt and pepper to taste, serve. |
