I had this at my cousins house up in Canada. She said she got it from Canadian Family magazine. It is delicious! Ingredients:
1 (5 ounce) can tuna |
1 stalk celery, finely chopped |
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup pesto sauce, prepared |
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
3 whole wheat tortillas |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except tortillas & cooking spray). 2. Spread 1/3 on half of each tortilla. Fold into a half-moon shape. 3. Coat each side of the tortillas with cooking spray. Grill about 4 minutes per side, or until cheese has melted and tortillas are toasted. 4. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. |
