Tuna, Peas and Carrots
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup skim milk
5 oz chunk light tuna in water
1/2 cup peas and carrots
Directions:
1. in a small saucepan, heat olive oil. add flour and cook for a couple of minutes. add skim milk and stir until thick. add tuna, drained peas and carrots.
2. serve over toast.
