Tuna, Peas and Carrots Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/2 cup skim milk |
5 oz chunk light tuna in water |
1/2 cup peas and carrots |
Directions:
1. in a small saucepan, heat olive oil. add flour and cook for a couple of minutes. add skim milk and stir until thick. add tuna, drained peas and carrots. 2. serve over toast. |
