Flavorful, easy and low fat! I put these on toasted wheat buns with a tsp of light mayo. So good! Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water |
4 tablespoons quick-cooking oats |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 egg whites |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Mix all ingredients together except olive oil. Form into 4 patties. Fry in oil until browned on each side. About 3 minutes per side. |
