Can be served as is, or in a Bun with fixings. Salmon can be used instead of Tuna. Ingredients:
2 cans tuna |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon milk |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
garlic salt |
season salt |
15 crushed crackers |
5 dashes tabasco sauce |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients. 2. Form patties. 3. Coat lightly with Flour. 4. Fry in Vegtable Oil. |
